  • Orders, especially personalized ones, take up to 7 days to be processed and shipped.

  • We use GoSweetSpot for all our deliveries.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Rural Delivery: Additional charges apply

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at admin@teachythangs.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
